Showcasing Consultation - $450 (approximately 2hrs)

Showcasing a property will begin with a home tour and verbal recommendations.

A report would be sent for repairs and paint required

and decluttering to be completed by the homeowner or contractors.

On-site Showcasing - $45/hr

Once repairs, paint refresh, and decluttering have been completed,

we would return to the property to edit and use your existing items

to create a space that allows potential buyers to imagine your home

as their own.
